Even celebs are in on the act. Barack Obama, Britney Spears, Jonathan Ross, Stephen Fry; all have their own Twitter pages. So, what exactly is Twitter? It is commonly described as a micro-blogging service. Users post short messages, which are then uploaded onto the web in a similar way to a blog post.
